Beauty Regime

Welcome to the secret world of my medicine cabinet, a peek into my personal skin care regime. I am obsessed with trying new products, whether they are from CVS or the beauty counter at Neiman Marcus! I decided to elaborate on my favorite high-end brands verses my favorite drug store brands. It's important to know what your skin type is, and don't be afraid to splurge on your skin! Maybe it's an indulgence on chanel eye cream, or the tried and true vaseline from the drugstore. But your personalized skin care regime is essential, take time to love and care for your skin. Love yourself from the inside out.  A healthy girl, is a happy girl!

Coconut Oil, my secret weapon; Almay make-up eye remover, can take anything off; Neutrogean moisturizer with spf 50, lightweight smells good; Neutrogena face wipes calming, easy swipe off makeup; ROC eye night cream,very potent; ROC Retinol deep wrinkle cream, contains Retinol A; Cetaphil, daily gentle cleanser; Witch Hazel astringent,  doesn't sting; Carmex lip treatment, this stuff tingles and cures; Tee tree oil, best zit treatment; Bio Oil, body moisturizer, I use it in the shower.

Cle de Peau toner, so nourishing; Clarins gentle cleanser, delicate on my skin & strong; Clarins gentle exfoliator, use once a week; Chanel sublimate ultimate regeneration eye cream, no lines, no bags, no dark circles its magic;  ESPA eye cream, this lifts and makes you look wide awake; Chanel Lip treatment, its in my purse at all times; Lip Scrub, best for dry lips, Aquaphor, as a step-mom its my go too; Dr Brandt Glow, Retinol A use once a week; LA Mer, my moisturizer won't use anything else; Amore Pacific, hydrating mist spray & go!

Girls Just Wana Have Fun!

Once upon a time on a scorching hot day in late September in an extravagant home in Beverly Hills, 6 girls let loose & left their inhibitions parked in the driveway! The Ladies were all together for an editorial photo shoot. Raquel Rischard is a brilliant photographer with gorgeous red hair & effervescent energy. She works closely with her friend Masha whom is a high fashion stylist.  Model Kaki West arrived with her entourage of a glamour team, an assistant plus a baby-girl!  The stage was set with makeup by artist extraordinaire Evelyn with her sweet laugh. Becca is the fabulous hair stylist, with a knack for cracking jokes at perfect timing. Kaki's assistant Angelique with her beautiful 4 month old baby Meggy strapped to her, made sure the shoot went efficiently & smoothly. The shoot was in full motion, moving swiftly and loudly. The women were talking, laughing & the creative juices were flowing. They moved from a pool, to a stariway, to a balcony. Cameras were rolling, fans were blowing, iPhones were ringing, music was blasting, this was a sorority masked as a photo shoot. As the last shot was taken, the ladies air kissed goodbye & off they went. Sometimes Girls just wana have fun & work too! They all lived happily ever after.

My Beauty Routine

Beauty is only Skin Deep

This blog is dedicated to my beauty routines. I am a slave to the beauty departments in Neimans, Barney's, Sephora and CVS! Throughout my modeling career I have learned a lot of tricks of the trade. I am always on the hunt for the next “it” product & magical potion! Through trial & error I am sharing with you my all time “must have” beauty lists.

Facial Beauty

Your face, home to the windows of your soul, to your infectious smile, to your soft lips & your good side! I have tried many products & below is what I use on my skin for cleansing, moisturizing, healing, masking you name it!

Cleansers

-Neutrogenamakeup remover wipes (calming,night): After shoots, a long night out, these are the best & very gentle on your skin. I call it the "Lazy girls trick".

- Estee Lauder "Perfectly Clean" Foaming cleanser: soft gentle, removes all dirt off skin

- Estee Lauder Re-nutriv softening toner: It's gentle & effective at the same time.

Serums

I am obsessed with serums! A few drops in the morning & night and your skin stays hydrated & nourished. Great for anti-oxidants and sun damage.

- Estee Lauder "Advanced Night repair": this serum is my life line I have it with me in my purse, on trips, shoots. It instantly moisturizes, heals, and lifts my skin.

- ESPA "Super Active" serum: This tiny vile is the must have for women in NYC. 3 drops a day and your skin is renewed.

Moisturizers

-LaMer "moisturizing cream": its potent, rich & like velvet on my skin. It's great for the cold in NYC or dehydration while flying. However some find it to rich if so try my other choice.

-Estee Lauder Renutirv: This is amazing & very strong just a little goes a long way it makes my skin look so dewy!

Eyes

The eyes say it all, your tired, frisky, happy, angry or sad. The eyes are vital to ones beauty, so take care of them.

-SisleyEye Contour: this is a soft nourishing potent cream day & night it works.

-Immupure lifting eye serum: its like an instant glass of water for under eye bags and dehydration it tightens the skin and lifts.

-Orlanehypnotherapy eye cream: This eye cream is magic it immediately wakes your eyes up. Only bad part is it can be a bit too heavy

Lips

Your mouth and lips are stared at all day & night as you talk, smile & smooch! Take care of those kissers!

-LipsScrub by Sara Happ, exfoliates dry skin and makes my lips renewed.

-Vaseline: The best for my lips, nothing moisturizes and soothes like vaseline, plus its cheap!

SmithsRosebud salve: This is soft & smells delicious. I am never without it. It's in everyone of my purses & on my nightstand. Get it at Sephora & you will become addicted!
